Socks! To provide guests with a safe, clean and home-like environment, socks are required for play on the playground for both, kids and adults.
Yes. For insurance purposes, all guests must have a completed and signed waiver. It must be signed by a parent or guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver so only one waiver per family will be necessary. Waivers are available at WiggleWorks or you can print one from our website.
Yes and no! Our staff is trained to provide minimal supervision in the play area primarily to ensure all kids are safe and having a good time. However, parents or guardians must accompany children at all times- we do not provide daycare or drop-off services. Mall security personnel will take charge of unattended children until their parents can be located.
